Who writes our content

Every guide names its author, and the author's page lists their role and the other guides they have written. Where a reviewer is named on an article or service page, that person has checked it for accuracy, and the date of the check is shown beside their name. See our team for the people involved.

What we write about

We write about keeping websites secure, fast, backed up and working: updates, security, backups, monitoring, speed and the choices that come with them. We do not give legal, medical or financial advice, and where a rule differs by country we say which country it applies to.

How we source facts

Facts that can be checked are linked to their source at the end of the page. We prefer primary sources: vendor documentation, security advisories, standards bodies and official guidance. Numbers about results come from our own scans and are explained on How we measure results.

Keeping pages current

Guides and service pages show when they were last updated. We revisit a page when a platform, plugin or rule it depends on changes, and when readers tell us something is out of date.

Corrections

If you find a mistake, email hello@webxsentry.com. We check it, correct the page, and update the date shown on it.

Independence

We do not sell reviews, pay for links or publish rankings that can be bought. Reviews, ratings and awards shown on this site belong to our parent company, Aarav Infotech. Clients appear in case studies by name only where they have agreed to it.
