Is the migration really free?
Yes. There is no setup fee and no migration fee. We collect the credentials, handle the transition and do the chasing.
Will my website go down while you take over?
No. We set up backups and monitoring before we change anything, so there is no gap in cover.
What if my old developer has all the logins?
It is more common than you think. Hosts and domain registrars have processes for verified owners to regain access. We walk you through them and deal with the host and registrar for you, so the accounts end up in your name.
Do I have to talk to my current provider?
Not if you would rather not. We can handle the handover with your current provider, your host and your plugin vendors.
Will you rebuild my website?
No. We look after the site you already have. If you do want a redesign later, we quote it separately before any work starts.
