Is this a white-label service?
No. We work alongside your agency and do not present ourselves as you. Reports come to you, and you choose how to share them with your clients.
How is pricing worked out for many sites?
Each site is on its own plan at the published price: Essential, Business or Priority. Tell us how many sites you manage and we will reply with how we would set them up.
Do you take over sites we did not build?
Yes, whoever built them. We begin with an onboarding report on how each site stands today.
Who do our clients speak to?
You. We answer to you, and you decide how much your client sees of our work.
Can reports go to us only?
Yes. Reports go to the agency contact you name, and you choose whether and how to pass them on.
Can we sign an NDA?
Yes. Every staff member with access to client systems is under a signed confidentiality agreement, and a mutual NDA with your agency is free on request.
How fast do you reply?
A person replies by your next business morning, Eastern time. Business adds a priority queue and a named technical contact. Priority has a dedicated queue and a named account manager.
What happens if a client leaves?
Tell us and we remove our access, return every login and confirm it in writing. The site is theirs and yours to move.
Which platforms do you support?
WordPress and WooCommerce are our focus, and we also look after Shopify stores within the limits of that platform. Tell us what your sites run on and we will say plainly what we can do.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. Hours reset each month and do not carry forward. Routine maintenance, monitoring and reporting never use them, so your hours go only on the work you ask for.
