Which plan should a WooCommerce store choose?
Business is where store support starts: staging, a monthly test order and daily backups. If the store is most of your revenue, Priority adds same or next business day completion, an engineer check on every update and a named account manager.
How does the monthly test order work?
A person places a real test order every month, from the cart to payment to the confirmation, and records the result in your report. It is part of Business and Priority.
Do you handle payment gateway problems?
We help with gateway, cart and order issues. If the fault sits with the payment provider itself, we tell you exactly what we found so you can raise it with them.
Can you work with subscription or membership plugins?
Tell us which plugins your store runs. We keep them updated and tested like the rest of the store, and we say plainly if one needs a specialist.
How do you update without breaking checkout?
Updates run on a staging copy first, we confirm a recent backup exists before release, and we test the checkout afterwards. Priority adds an engineer check on every update.
Do you help before a big sale?
Yes. Use your hours for the preparation list above, and we make sure backups, updates and checkout tests are in place first.
Are you PCI certified?
We do not claim certifications we cannot evidence. We tell you exactly what we touch and what we do not before you sign up.
What if my store is on managed WordPress hosting?
We need access to your site and, for backups and server-level work, your hosting account. Some managed hosts limit what an outside team can do, and we tell you before we start what we can and cannot reach.
Can I switch from my current agency?
Yes, and migration is free. We take over with no gap in cover, and we return every login and confirm removal in writing if you ever leave.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. Hours reset each month and do not carry forward. Routine maintenance, monitoring and reporting never use them, so your hours go only on the work you ask for.
