Refund and cancellation policy

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first payment, tell us and we will refund that payment in full. This applies whether you pay monthly or annually. No forms and no justification are required: a reply to your welcome email or a ticket in your client portal is enough.

• The guarantee covers your first plan payment as a new customer, once per customer and per website.
• It does not cover Emergency Recovery or quoted project work, which are delivered and billed separately.
• Your credentials and data are handed back in full, exactly as with any cancellation.

Cancelling your plan

Plans are month to month. You can cancel at any time, and there is no exit fee. There is no setup fee to recover either.

What happens when you leave

• We return every credential we hold and confirm in writing that our access has been removed.
• Your most recent backup and full report history are provided on request, at no charge.
• Your data is purged from our systems 30 days after cancellation.

Work beyond your plan

If a request would take you past your monthly hours, we tell you and quote the extra work first. Nothing chargeable starts without your written approval. Hours reset each month and do not carry forward.

Emergency Recovery

Emergency Recovery is a one-time, fixed-price engagement of $399. If you start a plan within 30 days of the recovery, $199 is credited against your first three months.
