Where is the team based?
Our engineers work from Mumbai and Bhubaneswar in India. Our clients are in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and Europe, and our working day runs through the US night, so most requests are handled while you sleep.
How quickly will I hear back?
By your next business morning, Eastern time. Our engineers work Monday to Saturday on India time, excluding public holidays. Monitoring, the firewall and backups run continuously on their own.
Can I leave whenever I want?
Yes. Plans are month to month with no exit fee, and every login we hold is returned in writing when you leave. There is also a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Who owns my website and data?
You do. We work inside your website and hosting using the access you give us in the secure vault in your client area, and you can remove that access at any time.
