WX-Launch is $749 for a 5-page site, WX-Advance is $1,149 for 10 pages and WX-Scale is $1,649 for 20 pages. Each is a one-time, fixed price in US dollars for the scope written on this page. Designs created from scratch or with custom functionality start at $2,400 and are quoted after a call.

WX-Launch goes live 15 working days after we receive your complete content, WX-Advance 20 and WX-Scale 30. The clock starts when your content arrives and pauses while we wait for your feedback. The dates are written in your project plan and shown in your project portal.

It is a licensed premium WordPress theme, customized to your brand: your colors, fonts, logo, layouts and sections. That template-led approach is what lets us give you a fixed price and a fixed timeline. A design created from scratch is available under WX-Custom.

A content questionnaire at kickoff, your logins, the text and images for your pages, and one named person who approves the work. We tell you exactly what we need and by when, and we ask for a reply to each stage within 5 working days.

One round is one consolidated list of changes from your named approver. You get 2 rounds on the homepage design and again on the completed pages (3 on WX-Scale). Anything beyond the rounds in your plan, and any change of direction after approval, is quoted separately in writing before it starts.

You do. Your domain, hosting, content and admin access are in your name from day one, and full rights to the work we create transfer to you on final payment. There is no lock-in.

The website is yours and keeps running. On the last day of free support, our updates, backups and monitoring stop, and we send you a written health report beforehand with our recommendations. Ongoing care is never required.

Yes. Every plan includes moving all the content from your current website: every page and post, text, images and basic formatting, with every old address redirected to the new one so visitors and Google land in the right place. Comments, user accounts and old form entries are not moved.

We build it to good practice, with on-page SEO, fast pages and clear inquiry paths, and we put in writing exactly what we did. No website can honestly guarantee rankings, traffic or sales, and we do not promise them.

Add-ons are priced on this page, and anything else is quoted in writing at $35 an hour before it starts. For a larger or more custom project, ask for a WX-Custom quote and we will schedule a discovery call.

If you cancel before the first homepage design is delivered, we refund what you have paid less $150 for discovery and planning. After a design is delivered, payments made are not refundable and all work completed up to that point is yours. The full terms are on our refund and cancellation page.

Yes. These plans suit local service businesses and trades, professional firms such as law and employment advisers, wellness practices, small online stores and B2B suppliers. The portfolio page shows live sites in several of those fields. For healthcare we are careful about what we claim: we do not promise compliance we cannot evidence.

Yes. Every plan moves your existing pages, posts and images across and redirects every old address to its new page, so visitors and Google land in the right place. We cannot promise rankings, but we protect what you already have.

Basic on-page SEO and technical setup are included: titles, descriptions, headings, image tags, clean addresses, an XML sitemap, Google Analytics, Search Console and schema markup, with more schema types on the larger plans. Ongoing SEO, advertising and content marketing are separate services.

Yes. Every page is built mobile-first and tested on mobile, tablet and desktop, on Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, as part of a 25-point checklist you receive before launch. Every plan also includes SSL, security headers, spam protection and two-factor login for administrators.

We set up your website on WordPress hosting in your name, either your existing hosting or a plan we recommend. Hosting and domain charges are separate, and they stay in your name.

The plans on this page are for business websites. A WooCommerce store is priced separately by the number of products, so ask for a quote and tell us roughly how many products you sell.

At checkout you pay the plan price in full, by card. For a larger project arranged offline, such as a WX-Custom quote, payment can be split into 50% to start and 50% at launch, as agreed in writing.
