Nothing. A quote is free and carries no obligation. Plan prices are published: Essential $99, Business $199 and Priority $399 a month, month to month. A quote is for what is not on that list, such as several sites, a store, one-off work or a takeover, or just a recommendation of which plan fits.
What do you need from me?
Your website address and a line about what you need. That is enough for a first answer. Logins are only needed once you decide to start, and you share them through the secure vault in your client area, never by email.
Will a salesperson call me?
No sales call is needed. We reply by email with how we would handle your request and which plan fits. If you add a phone number and would like a call, say so and we will arrange one.
What if my site is down or hacked right now?
Choose "My site is hacked, down or flagged". Emergency Recovery is a one-time $399 engagement with no plan needed, and work begins by your next business morning, Eastern time. Our working day runs through the US night.
Can I leave if it is not right?
Yes. Plans are month to month with no contract, and the 30-day money-back guarantee covers your first plan payment. If you go, we return every credential we hold and your data is purged from our systems 30 days after you cancel.
Who sees my details?
The people replying to your request, and the customer system we use to keep track of it. We use your details only to reply to this request. Our privacy policy lists exactly what we collect and why.
I am outside the United States. Does anything change?
